"A" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Advanced (Bank 1)
The Engine Control Module (ECM) has detected that the intake camshaft timing for bank 1 is more advanced than what it has commanded, even after adjusting.

- Faulty camshaft variable timing (VVT) solenoid
- Incorrect or dirty engine oil / low oil level
- Clogged oil passages or filter screen
- Faulty camshaft position sensor or wiring
